Misogyny in hip hop culture

Misogyny means when people don't like or are mean to girls and women just because they are girls and women. Hip hop culture is a type of music and way of life that some people like. Unfortunately, in hip hop music, some people say mean things about girls and women that are not nice. They might use words that are bad and hurtful to girls and women. This is called misogyny in hip hop culture. This is not ok and we should treat everyone with respect and kindness, no matter if they are a girl or a boy.
