ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Modular construction system

Modular construction is a system of building things like houses, offices, or other large structures where the parts are built separately in a factory and then brought to the construction site and put together like a giant puzzle. It's like having a bunch of building blocks that you snap together to make something big. By building the parts in a factory it's faster and more efficient than building them at the construction site. It also makes it easier to make sure that everything is built safely and to the high standards that are necessary.
