Moravec's paradox is the idea that robots can easily do things that are very tricky for humans but robots can't do things that humans find easy. For example, it's easy for a human to walk, but it's very difficult for robots to learn how to walk. On the other hand, it's easy for robots to do math equations or play chess, but it's hard for humans to do these things. It is a paradox because it seems to go against what we would expect.
