Okay kiddo, so in Morocco there were some Jewish people who lived there for a very long time. But then, in the mid 20th century, some of them started to feel like they weren't safe there anymore because of some fighting between different groups of people. So, many of these Jewish people moved to a new country called Israel where they could feel safer.
Once they got to Israel, they had to learn new ways of doing things and they had to learn a new language - Hebrew. Some of their traditions and customs from Morocco were different from what other people in Israel were used to, so sometimes they had to explain things to other people.
But even though they had to adjust to a new home, they were happy to be living in Israel where they felt safe and could have a better life. Nowadays, there are many Jewish people in Israel who originally came from Morocco and they have made new traditions and customs that are a mix of their old ones from Morocco and their new ones in Israel.
