Morph target animation

Morph target animation is a way to make something move without having to move every single part of it separately. It’s like when you have a clay sculpture, you can give it different shapes by molding it with your hands. With morph target animation, you can do the same thing but with a model (like a computer-drawn model). Instead of using your hands to make it look different, you tell the computer what shapes you want it to turn into at different points in time. The computer then moves all the parts of the model to make it look like these different shapes. It’s like when you press a button on a remote control, it can make a toy car move. Morph target animation uses the same idea, but it can move the model in more complicated ways.
