Morphometrics

Morphometrics is a way of measuring how different parts of an animal or plant look. It looks at a lot of different measurements, such as length, weight, size, shape, and even color. By looking at all of these measurements and characteristics, biologists can tell how different species are related, and how different individual animals may look. It is like taking a picture of an animal or plant, and looking at all of the details in it to compare how different animals are related!
