Mouseland

Mouseland is a story about how mice lived in a world all their own. The mice lived in little houses with adorable gardens and held important elections. In the story, the mice elect a leader called THE Mouse King to look after them. However, the Mouse King makes some bad choices and the mice start to suffer. The Mouse King's choices cause the mice to lose their freedom and become enslaved by cats who rule over them. At the end of the story, the mice finally realize that they can take back their freedom by forming their own government and voting for the best leaders.
