ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Multi-criteria decision making

Multi-criteria decision-making is a way of making decisions by considering a bunch of different factors at the same time. It means looking at different criteria (things that you consider important) and then evaluating which option is the best one based on all the criteria. For example, when you're buying a car, you might look at different things such as cost, safety, gas mileage, and Style. You could give each of these criteria a score, then add up the scores to choose which car is the best for you.
