Naleśniki

Naleśniki are like pancakes, but they are thinner and usually rolled up with some kind of filling inside. You make them by mixing flour, eggs, and milk together to make a batter. Then, you pour a little bit of the batter onto a hot pan and cook it until it's golden brown on both sides. After that, you can put whatever you want inside the naleśnik - some people like to use fruit, others use cheese, and some even put meat in there! Once you have your filling inside, you roll up the naleśnik and it's ready to eat. Naleśniki are very popular in Poland, and they can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're also very easy to make and a lot of fun to eat!
