Nanyue

Nanyue was a place a really long time ago. It was in the part of the world we now call China. Nanyue was a big kingdom ruled by kings and queens. They had their own language, money, and special traditions.

Nanyue was known for having beautiful things like pottery, jewelry, and fancy things to wear. They even had a special place where they buried their kings and queens called a mausoleum. It was so special that it was even larger than some big buildings we have today!

But, as with many kingdoms, Nanyue didn't last forever. Eventually, it was taken over by another kingdom and everything changed. Even though Nanyue isn't around anymore, we can still learn about it and see some of the things they made long ago - it's like a special treasure from a far-away time and place!
