Narcissistic abuse

Narcissistic abuse is when someone who is a narcissist (a person who believes they are more important than other people and deserves special treatment) hurts others with their words or actions. They may lie, manipulate, criticize, dominate, control, or belittle people. They may also act like they are better than other people or be very selfish. Narcissists often have trouble in relationships because they use their power and influence to hurt others and make them feel bad. This kind of abuse can have long-term psychological effects on the people they abuse.
