Narcoterrorism is when people use drugs to fund and commit acts of terrorism. It means using drugs to make money to buy weapons, support fighters, and pay for other things that terrorists need to carry out their plans. People involved with narcoterrorism buy drugs like cocaine and marijuana, then sell them on the black market to make money that goes to terrorists, rather than a regular business.
