Nature-based solutions

Nature-based solutions are like natural solutions to help fix man-made problems. For example, if there is too much water in an area, a nature-based solution might be to create a wetland to help soak up the water. Another example of a nature-based solution is planting trees to help fix air pollution. The trees take in carbon dioxide, a bad gas that makes the air dirty, and turn it into oxygen, a good gas that makes the air clean.
