Neolithic founder crops

Neolithic founder crops are some of the first crops that people grew during the Neolithic period, which was a time thousands of years ago when people first learned to farm. These crops were important for building civilizations and providing food for people. The most important neolithic founder crops were wheat, barley, peas, lentils, and flax. These crops were easy to grow, gave a lot of food, and tasted good. They helped people to spread out and build communities, and have been helping people feed themselves ever since.
