Non-heterosexual

Non-heterosexual is a big word that means not liking people of the opposite gender in a romantic or sexual way. So, if someone is non-heterosexual, they might like people of the same gender (like boys who like boys or girls who like girls), or they might like people who identify as a different gender than they were assigned at birth. It's perfectly normal to be non-heterosexual, just like it's normal to be heterosexual (liking people of the opposite gender). Everyone deserves to love and be loved in their own way, no matter who they like!
