Nurse stereotypes are when people have certain ideas about nurses that might not always be true. This means that people might think that nurses all act the same, look a certain way, or do the same kind of things. For example, some people might think that all nurses are women, when this isn't true. Other people might think that all nurses wear a white dress and a big hat, when nurses can wear many different kinds of clothes. People also might think that all nurses are very kind and caring, which is true, but nurses are also very smart and knowledgeable and can handle a lot of difficult tasks.
