Opera

Opera is like a play or a movie, but instead of just talking, the people on stage also sing their lines. They usually have big voices and sing really loud! There is also music playing from a group of musicians called an orchestra. They all work together to tell a story using singing, acting, and music. Opera can be very fancy and have lots of costumes and sets, but it can also be really simple and just focus on the singing. It's like a big show where everyone is working really hard to make something beautiful and entertaining for the audience.
