Operations management
Operations management is like a store manager. The store manager's job is to make sure that everything in the store is running smoothly and that customers are happy. They do this by making sure that all the products in the store are stocked and that their employees are working well together, so that customers can find what they need easily and get excellent service. They also make sure that the store meets all safety and health codes, and comply with local and state laws.
