Orchard

An orchard is a special type of garden where people grow fruit trees and berry bushes, like apples, oranges, and strawberries. The fruits grown in an orchard can be eaten as a snack, used to make pies and other meals, or they can even be made into juice or cider - which is a kind of drink that tastes like apples and other fruits! In order for the fruits to grow, the trees and bushes must be watered and looked after, which the farmer usually does. Once the fruits are ripe, they get picked and sent out to people's homes and stores so they can enjoy them!
