Organic gardening

Organic gardening is a type of gardening that doesn't use artificial substances like fertilizers and pesticides. Instead, organic gardeners use natural materials such as compost and manure to help their plants to grow. They also use natural techniques such as crop rotation, companion planting and mulching to make sure that their plants stay healthy. This kind of gardening helps to keep the environment healthy, since harmful chemicals from conventional gardening don't get into our ground water and air.
