Out-group homogeneity is when people think of all the people in a group that they don't belong to as being alike or the same. It's like taking one person from a group and thinking that they are just like everyone else in that group. For example, if you're a girl and you know one boy in your class, you might think that all boys in your class are just like that one boy. That would be an example of out-group homogeneity bias.
