ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Outdoor gym

An outdoor gym is like a playground for grown-ups! It's a special area in a park or other public space where people can go and exercise using special equipment designed to be used outside. At an outdoor gym, you can run on a special "treadmill" that uses your own body weight for resistance, swing on bars to work your upper body, and even do sit-ups and push-ups on special mats.

Just like at a regular gym, there are lots of different machines and exercises you can do at an outdoor gym. But the best part is that you get to be outside and enjoy the fresh air while you work out. Some outdoor gyms even have special classes and trainers to help you get the most out of your workout. So next time you're at the park, keep an eye out for an outdoor gym and give it a try!
