Paid time off

Paid time off (PTO) is when a company gives its employees paid days off, like vacation days, sick days and other personal time, so they can have time away from work. It means that instead of having to go to the office, you can use your time off to do other things, like spend time with family, friends and hobbies. The company will still pay you your regular salary, so it's like getting paid to take a vacation!
