Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property

The Paris Convention is like a big club that a bunch of countries joined because they wanted to work together to protect inventions and creations that people come up with. So if someone in one of the countries makes something new, like a fancy machine or a cool design, the other countries promise to respect that person's rights to it. That means they can't copy or steal it. Just like how we respect someone's toys and don't take them without asking, the Paris Convention makes sure that countries respect each other's inventions and creations.
