Pasokification

Pasokification is when a political party, usually a conservative one, wins an election in a country and then uses its power to make sure that party stays in power by giving jobs to its supporters and making laws that help the party stay in power. As an example, a party may pass laws that make it harder for people to vote against them in future elections. This makes it harder for other political parties to win elections, and makes it easier for the party in power to stay in power.
