Patient safety

Patient safety means making sure that people who are visiting or living in a hospital or medical office stay safe and healthy. It includes making sure that medical staff do their job correctly and that medical equipment or medicines are used safely. It also includes making sure people are comfortable in the hospital and that visitors follow the rules for keeping everybody safe.
