Peer tutor

A peer tutor is someone who helps other students learn. They are usually students themselves, so they are in the same grade as the person they are helping and can better understand what the other student is going through. A peer tutor helps by answering questions, providing advice and guidance, and offering support. They don't just teach the material; they also help build relationships and provide encouragement.
