Pellet (air gun)

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of an air gun? It's a special type of gun that shoots pellets instead of bullets.

Now let's talk about what a pellet is. Imagine a little ball, like a small marble, but made out of metal or plastic. These balls are called pellets and they are what the air gun shoots out.

The air gun works like this: when you pull the trigger, air pressure builds up inside a special chamber within the gun. The pressure gets so high that it forces the pellet out of the gun at a high speed and it goes flying through the air towards its target.

Pellets can be used for different things - some people use them for target practice or shooting competitions, while others use them to hunt small animals like squirrels or rabbits. It's important to always be safe and responsible when using an air gun, so it's good to have an adult supervise you and teach you how to use one properly.
