Petticoat

A petticoat is like a big, fluffy skirt worn underneath another skirt or dress. Imagine if you were wearing a skirt made out of really thin material that people could see through. That's not very comfortable or appropriate, is it? So, to make sure that your private parts stay private and the skirt looks nice and full, you wear a petticoat underneath. It's kind of like a secret helper for your outfit. Plus, it's super fun to twirl around and watch it spin!
