Planned community

A planned community is a place where people have made plans in advance to build homes, stores, and other things that people need for their daily lives. When people move into a planned community, they know that it will have things like parks, sidewalks, and streetlights. A planned community also usually has a "Master Plan" which includes things like where the streets and houses will go, and sometimes even what type of homes will be built.
