Pleistocene Park

Pleistocene Park is a project that is trying to recreate the environment of the Ice Age. The Ice Age was a time thousands of years ago when it was much colder than it is now and large animals like Woolly Mammoths and Wooly Rhinos lived on the Earth. The people behind the Pleistocene Park project want to bring back these animals by building a big area of land with the same climate and conditions that they would have had thousands of years ago. They also want to put animals like Mammoths and Rhinos in the park to live in. They hope that this will help us to understand more about the past and help us to protect our environment in the future.
