Plutarch

Plutarch was a very smart man who lived a long time ago. He was from a country called Greece, which is in Europe. Plutarch was a writer and historian, which means he wrote books about important people and events that happened a long time ago.

Plutarch wrote about lots of famous people from ancient times, like Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, and Cleopatra. He wanted to tell people what these people were like and what they did, so we could learn from them.

One thing that was special about Plutarch's writing is that he tried to show both the good and the bad sides of each person he wrote about. He didn't just make them seem perfect or terrible - he wanted to show that they had good and bad qualities just like everyone else.

Plutarch's books were very popular, and people still read and study them today! They help us learn about the past and the people who lived in it.
