Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany

During World War II, Nazi Germany invaded Poland and took control of some parts of the country. These areas were called the "Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany".

Imagine your friend comes over to your house and takes your toys without your permission. That's kind of what Germany did to Poland. They took over some parts of Poland without asking and made them a part of their own country.

The Nazis wanted more land for themselves and believed that certain areas of Poland belonged to them because the people who lived there were also German. They used force to take over these areas, and the Polish people who lived there were treated very badly.

This was a very unfair and sad time in history, where many people suffered because of the actions of the Nazis. After the war, the areas that had been taken over were returned to Poland, and the people who had suffered were given their freedom back.
