Polytely

Polytely is a type of behavior that people do not usually like. It's when someone talks a lot but doesn't actually do anything. It's like if your friend made lots of plans but never followed through with anything - they're being polytely. It's not very nice because it wastes other people's time and can make them feel frustrated.
