Population stabilization

Population stabilization means that the number of people living in a certain area or part of the world is the same or not changing very much. It means that the amount of people living there isn't getting bigger or smaller very quickly. A key way to achieve this is to make sure that the amount of people being born is about the same amount of people dying. Keeping the population balanced this way prevents the population from getting too big suddenly.
