Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act

So, you know how sometimes really bad people do really bad things to hurt a lot of people? Well, there are laws that are made to try and stop those bad people from doing those bad things.

One of those laws is the Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act. This law is about trying to prevent people who want to hurt others from planning and carrying out acts of violence, like bombings or shootings.

The act gives the government special powers to investigate and stop people who are suspected of planning terrorist activities before they can do any harm. It also allows the government to punish people who are found guilty of planning or carrying out terrorist activities.

So basically, the Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act is a really important law that helps keep us safe from people who want to hurt us by stopping them before they can do any harm.
