Principle of sufficient reason

The Principle of Sufficient Reason says that everything must have a reason or explanation for why it is the way it is. This means that for every thing that happens, or every choice we make, there must be a good reason or explanation for why it happened that way or why we chose it. Just like when we are making decisions, nothing can just happen on its own without a reason behind it.
