Production assurance

Production assurance means making sure that everything is working properly in the place where things are made or produced. For example, imagine you are in a bakery and you want to make sure that the bread is cooked correctly, the mixer is mixing the dough properly, and the oven temperature is accurate. Production assurance involves checking all of these things to make sure that everything runs smoothly and our end product is as we want it to be. Just like a mom makes sure everything is in place before cooking dinner, production assurance makes sure everything is okay before making things.
