Quality assurance

Quality assurance is like a big check to make sure that something is working correctly. It's like asking lots of questions before you do something, to make sure it's done correctly. For example, when a company builds a new toy, their quality assurance team might do a lot of testing to make sure the toy works the way it is supposed to, so it's safe and fun for kids to play with.
