Quality control

Quality control is the process of checking products and services to make sure they meet a certain level of quality. This means that the products and services are safe, meet all of the requirements, and are up to the standards of the company. Quality control usually happens in factories or business, where items are inspected to make sure they meet the standards that have been set. Quality control can also include tests, inspections, and measurements to look for problems with the item or service. If a problem is found, people in the quality control process can help figure out how to fix it. Quality control teams often use measuring tools and specific techniques to measure the quality of items.
