1. Performance - Does the product work correctly and do what it's meant to do?
2. Features - Are there enough features for the customer to use?
3. Reliability - Does the product always perform the same way, no matter when it's used?
4. Conformance - Does the product meet the customer's expectations?
5. Durability - Will the product last for a long time?
6. Serviceability - Is the product easy to maintain and fix when something goes wrong?
7. Aesthetics - Does the product look good?
8. Perceived Quality - How do customers feel about the product overall?
