ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Progressive capitalism

Well kiddo, capitalism is when people buy and sell things to make money. Sometimes, people who have a lot of money get even more money and they don't share it with others. That's not very fair, is it?

Progressive capitalism is when we use capitalism to help everyone, not just some people. We want to make sure everyone can have a fair chance to make money and have a good life.

That means we help people who don't have as much money by giving them things like education, healthcare, and a fair wage. It also means we try to help the environment and make sure we're not hurting it too much for future generations.

So instead of just letting the rich get richer, we want to use capitalism to make the world a better place for everyone.
