Protein poisoning

Protein poisoning happens when we eat too much protein in a short amount of time. Eating a lot of protein in a short amount of time can make your body feel sick and tired. It makes you feel like you have no energy, you might feel dizzy, and you might even throw up. Protein poisoning can happen when you eat a lot of protein-rich foods like meat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and beans all at once. It's important to eat a balanced diet with a good mix of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and not too much of any one type of food.
