Proto-fascism

Proto-fascism is a term used to describe the early stages of a system of government called fascism. Fascism is a type of government where one leader or group controls everything, and people cannot express disagreements with them. This type of system oppresses people and keeps them from having freedom. Proto-fascism is the first step in leading to such a system by introducing laws and regulations based on false beliefs, or using fear and propaganda to manipulate people for political gain.
