Psychical inertia

Physical inertia means that things don't like to move, they like to stay still. For example, if you were playing on a seesaw and you were on the ground, it would be harder to make the other person come down because inertia is working against you. In other words, physique inertia is when something takes more effort to move than it does to stay still.
