Public Interest Litigation

Public Interest Litigation is like when regular people or groups of people, instead of just governments, can use the law to try and fix a problem or make something better. It's like if you saw something wrong and you got a group of people together to talk to a court and say, "Hey, this isn't right and it needs to be fixed." The court would then decide if they agree and can do something to make it better.
