Pyrography

Pyrography is kind of like painting or drawing, except instead of using a paintbrush or pencil, you use a really hot tool to make marks on wood or other materials.

To do pyrography, you first choose what kind of wood or other material you want to draw on. Then, you heat up a special tool called a pyrography pen or woodburning tool until it gets really hot. You have to be very careful because it can burn you or start a fire if you're not careful!

Once your tool is hot, you use it to make marks on the material. You can make all kinds of different marks- lines, curves, dots, and shapes. Some people use stencils or patterns to help them make their designs, while others just freehand it.

The cool thing about pyrography is that you can create really detailed designs and art by carefully controlling the temperature and pressure of your tool as you make your marks. You can create shading, texture, and even different colors by varying your technique.

Once you've finished your pyrography design, you can apply a finish like varnish or wax to protect it and make it last a long time. And voila! You've created a beautiful piece of art using just heat and wood.
