Qigong

Qigong is a type of exercise where people make slow movements and practice breathing techniques to help their health. It started in China a long, long time ago and it's been passed down through families and teachers. Qigong is made up of two Chinese words: "Qi" (pronounced chee) means energy that flows through our bodies, and "Gong" (pronounced gung) means a skill or practice that's done over time that creates results. So, Qigong is basically a practice to help people feel better by moving their bodies and breathing in a special way.

When you do qigong, you move your body slowly, breath in and out slowly, and focus your mind on feeling the energy move around your body. It's like playing a game of follow the leader, where you copy the movements of a person who knows qigong. Sometimes people also make special sounds or say special words to help them feel the energy flowing around.

Qigong can help you feel more calm and relaxed, improve your balance and strength, and even help you feel more focused and happy. It's a great way to exercise without doing anything too hard or fast. And the best part is, you can do it anywhere and anytime, even in your own living room. Just make sure to have some space to move and take deep breaths.
