Quantity

Quantity is a big word that means how much there is of something.

Let's say you have a big jar of candy. The quantity of candy in the jar is how many pieces of candy there are. If there are only a few pieces of candy in the jar, then the quantity is small. If there are a lot of pieces of candy in the jar, then the quantity is big.

Another example is with water. If you have a small cup of water, then the quantity of water is small. If you have a big bucket of water, then the quantity of water is big.

So, quantity is all about how much there is of something. Whether it's candy, water, toys or anything else!
