ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Queueing

Queueing is when we have a line of people waiting for something, like getting ice cream or waiting to see the doctor. Think of it like a line of ducklings following their mother - they all wait patiently for their turn to cross the road.

When you join a queue, you have to wait for the people in front of you to finish before it's your turn. Just like the ducklings waiting behind their mother. Sometimes queues can be long and you might feel bored, but you have to be patient and wait your turn, just like the ducklings.

There are different ways to queue. Sometimes you might queue up in a straight line, like the ducks crossing the road. Other times you might sit in a circle or a square, like when you are waiting for your turn to play a game with your friends.

No matter how you queue, it's important to be patient and wait your turn. Just like the ducks following their mother, everyone in the queue has to wait patiently until it's their turn to go.
